With a passion for getting results, I have an international career background, working in senior leadership roles. I am an Accredited Practitioner of coaching with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and a Certified Practitioner and Train-the-Trainer of Roche Martin's Emotional Capital Report psychometric, the most scientifically advanced emotional intelligence psychometric in the world.

 

As Director of Operations at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland – Dubai, for over nine years, I grew the campus to be the go-to place for healthcare professionals seeking an internationally accredited MSc in Management. As Program Director I ensured program effectiveness and high standards.  I have lectured at master’s level in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Jordan and Ireland in Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Quality. I have also supervised the implementers of organisational development projects in healthcare organisations across the Middle East.

More recently, I set up a mentoring, coaching and management consulting practice and have worked with international organisations such as DP World where, over a twelve-month period, I successfully project-managed the commissioning of a 7000 sqm healthcare facility, and Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences where I wrote the accreditation documents for the successful Masters in Biomedical Sciences.

I consulted for a major London University hospital on its provision of clinical pathology services and successfully led the team, over a twelve-month period, implementing significant change. I also turned around, within a restricted timeframe, a commercial clinical laboratory for the largest provider of outsourced pathology in the U.K.
